best home made exfoliater?

I WANted to dry baking soda…i have acne prone fairly sensit,skin..and i want an exfoliater pref home made one…so whats a good exfoliater…anyone..

erm...use 2 tsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of mixed granulated white sugar and salt.... :)

or you can use a tsp of sugur only with 2-3 spoons of lemon(this one leaves skin shoooo shoft:) )

almond meal is said to be a really good exfoliater.
