There is a place near Bellerose where you can find real good restaurants like Sagar (Indian chinese) it actually beats Tangra masala, and Bandu Khan Kabab etc

Re: Best halal eateries in Queens?

I is back. Okay we ate at an Afghani restaurant called Bakhtar, they're chapli kababs were out of this world, MA. I've never had kababs that good. I also liked their kabuli, it was the first time I trued it. But it's this sweetened carrots that you eat with savoury rice, really good.

The other restaurant was Delhi 6. Really good Tom Yum soup and black pepper chickenWe ordered Thai food mostly, but they also serve Chinese and Desi cuisines. My mom had their Punjabi kadhi which was very rich and creamy and yummy. Lucky New Yorkans, we have a dearth of such variety where I live.
