I find most of the 'gay' jokes in Bollywood movies quite distasteful, corney and vulgar.
The best comedy movie is Andaz Apna Apna, hands down. Nothing else can even come close. There are other movies that have really funny scenes, etc but I haven't come across anything that is as hilarious or feel good as AAA.
