^ i second that...... actually u dont even need to go as far as using macs foundation...macs pressed powder does wonders in itself.
also nadz...if you dont want the makeup to clog pores. I recommend using a primer before you apply your makeup.

If your skin is sensitive, look for make up that has labels like noncomedogenic etc. However, keep in mind that no single product is non-comedogenic for everyone.
For example, a person with very oily skin may still get skin breakouts from products that another person with mildly oily skin may find non-comedogenic.
So unfortunately, though you can try the recomendations on this thread, you'll probably have to find your perfect foundation by trial and error. However, this is a great way to get suggestions that you can try.
I am also a fan of MAC. Keep in mind however, that if you have heavy blemishes, even the most super coverage foundation will not cover it. You will need to use a concealer for spot coverage.
A little trick that I use a lot on clients, is to use a covergirl concealer pencil for spot treatment of zits. I really like this because the pencil isn't just coverage, it also has salicylic acid and other ingredients to begin treating and drying it up.

Aside from MAC, you can also try Laura Mercier & Givenchy. But as I said, it'll probably take a few tries to find what works for your skin.
Im a fan of Bobbi Brown.. MAC tends to look cakey and chalky at times.

When it comes to covering marks I find Mac's "full coverage" foundation gives better results then Bobbi brown, I found Bobbi brown makes me break out in spots.....
whatever u choose, remember to wash face with iced water b4 applying
The best is coverderm.. for very pigmented skin.

hey gina, i would prefer buying from a store, so can you recommend anything from a store that i can get....mine isnt tooooo badly pigmented,although thats my own opinion....
i did want bobii brown but anything you can recommend from a store would be great. thanks

oh no, lol, i would like to listen to all. but because she is a fan of bobbi brown just wanted to know her own exp with it because i was thinking before hand to go and try their line.

Elizabeth Arden sponge on cream compact makeup, they give away little trial sized versions as well so u can try and see if it suits u..

MAC is way too heavy for me. the nars concealer is great and i really like the way clarins foundations make skin look glowy, which is always my main aim in foundation. i am thinking of reverting back to them...

i went to the bobbi brown counter, bt i think it make sme look orange,,,,she insisted that was the perfect culour for me...in their light maybe it looked ok, however at home i think its abit orangey or too dark for me....its number 4.5

^they usually send you home with a foundation one shade darker than your skin, i hate that. just go back and exchange it for a lighter one. i personally would suggest MAC foundation, because that's what i use. they have a great variety of colors that would suit all skin tones, especially asian skin tones like ours, and it definitely conceals all marks/blemishes

I don’t like either one I mean MAC or Bobbi brown, for some reason I had make over done number of times from both, from their very good make up artist in places like holt etc, but was not satified. Somebody told me about classified cosmetic, their spary foundation is really good. I have tons of blemishes because my skin is kind of weired. This has been the best foundation I have evenr tried, pricy but worth it. Gets a bit of practice to get use to applying and blending but so worth it.
