Before anyone purchases it, I would recommend going through some of the 1600+ reviews on makeup alley. Its only recommended by 54% out of the reviews.

One thing that’s common in La Mer reviews is that its a VERY heavy/rich cream suited for super dry skin. And it also seems to clog pores/cause breakouts for many people.
