I’m a makeup junkie so I’ve gone through a lot of makeup palettes and I have to say the best one for the price out there is probably Coastal Scents 8 piece makeup palette. It’s only $20!!! Don’t let the price fool you - the quality is really good.
Coastal Scents: Ultra Shimmer 88 Eye Shadow Palette
It has pretty much every shade you would need. Works best with some sort of eye primer underneath (Urban Decay’s primer potion works best with this.. that’s what I use anyways).
Here is a picture from a tutorial a blogger posted showing how to do a look using the palette.. just to give you an idea of how well the colors work.
And as for the shimmer, I would suggest this Laura Mercier Shimmer Loose Powder:

My sister uses it (she’s a makeup artist) and it looks natural and really illuminates the skin.

HMM.I ACTUALLY USE ETUDE EYESHADES PALETTE N I THNK THY ARE VERY BEST.BUT MY SISTER WANT ME TO BUY A CREAMY LUK EYESHADES HERE FROM LONDON SO I NEED UR HELP

I buy Rimmel because it has a very good quality and it's easily available in UK.
