Just to add that the above dua is very benificial on the night of Qadr.
Another Version to this .. wud be ;
Allah humma Innaka Afuvvun kareemum Tuhibbul Afwa fa'fu Annaa Ya Ghafoor.

yes , do u know the difference between al afuw and al maghfira ?
that u ask Allah al afuw is better , it means to erase all sins, so at day of judgment when u stand in front of Allah and u open ur book to read it in front of HIM and all humans and all creatures (the book where there are all things u did in dunya : good and bad things ) so when u open the book u find only good things!!!!!! Allah already erased ur sins .
but al maghfira : u read ur book, with good and bad things (its embarassing , imagine u read bad things u did and Allah hears u and everyone ...) , so maghfira : u read all then Allah tells u that HE forgave u and you enter jannat.
Thats why when Aysha the wife of our prophet SAW asked him what to pray in night of kadr, he told her this special Dua!!!!!!!! because everyone need al afuw, and Allah called HIS self with this name : Al Afuw
i ask Allah al Afuw for all of us and to enter jannat without hhissab or adhab ( without judgment or punishment) , ameeeeeeeeen
