Maybelline Volume Express, Max Factor 2000 Calorie, L’Oreal Voluminous or something else?

You're SO lucky you can get Max Factor, it's not available in the US but Max Factor is amazing. L'Oreal Voluminous in Carbon Black is a dupe of Diorshow. I personally love L'Oreal Million Lashes (comes in a golden tube w/ a blue stripe) and I use the Blackest Black/Waterproof version. I just love how the wand is squeezed in the tube so there aren't clumps in the bristles so it's amazing for separating your lashes, also waterproof versions of mascara always hold curl much better than regular formulas.

My favorite mascara of all time has always been L'oreal Voluminous...it's the best

also max factor- don't know the name of the formula you get in the uk but when they sold it in the US it was stretch n' separate (had one of those rubber bristle brushes)- LOVED it

i would like to try maybelline the falsies and their newest one ('something' lengths?)

I lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve Loreal's Voluminous and have recently fallen in love with their Million Lashes formula. It is as I say AH-mazinggggggggggg!

Lash Blast is pretty good - but it's really dry, I feel like it flakes really fast. But it's still great.

I have to agree with everyone else and L'Oreal Voluminous (original) is the best.

MAX FACTOR!! Thats the best one I've seen for a while, and I would honestly swear by it. My eyelashes aren't very long (due to an incident with a pair of scissors years ago...) but the Max Factor mascaras really make them look long. I'm using Max Factor False Lash effect at the mo and it's really really good. I just use lashings of coats and they look quite long and thick!

I haven't used all the drug stores mascara brands, so I can't say which one is the "best." But I've used and like Maybelline's Great Lash mascara...because it's light and not clumpy...and I can layer it on a few times for a more dramatic look.

Wow.. I never knew that.. Will check if we have L'Oreal Million Lashes over here..

I've only ever tried a few bits and pieces from Max factor.. a couple of mascaras, lipliners, that sort of thing.. Anything you would recommend?

I was turned off trying drugstore mascaras after not being impressed with Great Lash or Voluminous. However, recently, I don't know what came over me and I bought Maybelline Falsies. I hated it the first time I used it (wasn't doing it properly) but now I really like the curved brush. I have length and it gives me the volume and lift I want. I either give them a comb through after one coat and then do a second or I do a second with EL magnascopic if I want them darker because I find that DS mascara's are never as black as more expensive brands.

I haven't ventured much into Max Factor aside from their mascaras, unfortunately. Sam of Pixiwoo really likes the Bourjois rotating one, did you try that?

Definitely loreal voluminous. I tried all of them and this is by far amazing!

I've always been a Voluminous girl too but recently I've been trying new ones... L'oreal Million Lashes I've found to be good but its not as black as I'd like. Lately I've been using Rimmel Lash Accelerator... It's pretty good.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE maybellines xxl mascara for curled lashes (its the black and purple tube). Its AH-MAZING, once you get the hang of using the curved brush. My lashes look curled, lifted and SO SO defined and volumous!! Its never talked about much though for some reason...

I'd suggest Maybelline falsies too. Been using it since quite a while and am happy with the results.
I'm looking to try something new though...my lashes are fairly long (AH), so I'm looking for something to add volume instead of lengthening them. Any drugstore recommendations?
