Anyone??? Any idea about which drugstore lipsticks and shades are the best??? Revlon, Maybellie, Covergirl etc? Currently in the US and I realize i need to stop splurging on make up so I wanna try some nice drugstore make up

Revlon has great ones! they're so soft and have pretty colors.

I like the Rimmel, Maybelline and Covergirl ones. Haven't tried Revlon.

I was gonna suggest the same, Revlon have pretty nice colours. Otherwise Sleek? L'oreal?

max factor’s not in the US anymore :frowning: i don’t think sleek has ever been in the US- but it looks like you can order online for int’l delivery

i’ve seen nyx in ulta- i think it’s new to the states (only place i’ve seen it around where i live)

just an fyi :blush:

i’ve tried some l’oreal lipsticks and they were good

for some reason i never really look at revlon stuff- maybe i’ll try some now since you guys are saying it’s good

ok ill try them. i just dont want anything that smells. tried Lakme (big indian drugstore brand) and their lipsticks had this plastic type smell.

Revlon is amazing. I used to be skeptical of them at first as well...but once I tried them, i'm a fan. Rimmel has a line of Moisture Renew lipsticks which are great, they glide on like chapstick but have great color AND they don't smell funny lol.

Off topic but I bought revlon really red and it looks hideous on me crrrrrry

I stopped trying to wear darker lipsticks years ago but thought I would give it another go now that I'm older and wiser.

I just picked up revlon’s really red too!! Have not tried it yet…it’s been YEARS since I rocked the Sade lips…kind of scared to see of I can still pull it off :cb:

It looks really good in most of the pics I've seen.. hopefully it will be okay. It just doesn't look red on me... looks toward the maroon side. I've tried it 3 times with 3 different techniques.
