I have always used Maybelline liquid liner.

L'Oreal Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Liner...it's awesome. Super-black, it works/looks just like Lancome Art Liner or the Lise Watier one... but it's blacker.

Pencil liner would be HANDS DOWN Milani Liquif'eye Liner pencil. It's amazing, esp. for the waterline.

^I use that sometimes, it's good to use if you want to practice using eye gel without spending loads on the more pricey brands.

I quite like Rimmel liquid eyeliner, the exaggerate one is really quick and easy to use and dries quickly too, which is great when I'm in a hurry to get to work. Also, I really like the Bourjois Liner Feutre pens (liquid) which are really easy to use and not messy at all.

I'm rather fond of Covergirl's Perfect Point Plus eyeliner pencil.

When do you fashionistas use gel liner, liquid liner and pencil liner.

^I use gel liner on my waterline, liquid on upper lash line and pencil for both when i'm in a hurry.

Maybelline Master drama is good, right now i have L'oreal's super slim liquid liner (the newest one) and it's great for making thin lines

Barry M do a good waterproof pencil eyeliner. It does not budge the whole day

girls i read somewhere regarding an eyeliner pencil which is also good for lashes i cannot remember the brand can you help!! was that by revlon???

I got Wet n Wild's for $4, cheap as heck and it's actually very good. It's very soft and applies so easily. I thought since it's cheap, it'll probably be cracked up and dried but that's not the case at all. A youtube makeup guru swears by it so I finally tried it, and haven't had the need to use a different one after.
