What is in your opinion the best?
I found Annabelle cosmetics to be the best. There eyeshadows have great pigment, very blend-able, a lot of rich colours with easy application. I love their line of mineral eye shadows too!
For eyeliner I find the covergirl one that twists open to be the best.

I have never seen anabelle...honestly for eyeliner I get Avon, which is usually cheap and they're really good liners.
And for eyeshadows, I just don't do over the counter anymore...

Annabelle is a canadian brand. The eye shadows are like MAC without the price tag!
i really enjoy loreal hip for pigmented shades and revlon has some nice color stay paletts for everyday and dramatic smokey looks
maybelline liquid waterproof liner that what i learned how to use liquid liner on and mac's is nice but a lot of times i go back to this one.

HIP has pretty good pigmented eyeshadow...but iunno that much cuz i don't really use eyeshadow much. l'oreal and revlon are good for eyeliners and pencil

Annabelle for blush too.. and cover girl is not bad.
Somehow I don't like Loreal at all... and revlon is too powedery for my taste.

I tried hip - very disappointed. Looks totally cheap on my lids.

Oh, victoria secret make-up isn't all that bad. It has some really hot colors for desi skin, and their eyeshadows are amazing. Only problem I have with it is they come off fast. But then you need to put on concealer on your eyes, and the shadow colors will stick. I'm not too impressed with some of their current color pallettes, because they are more shimmer and less intense in color. But their single shadow colors are good. They just came out with an eyeshadow set of 4 and it's 15 dollars. A lot of people are getting 10 dollar off coupons and for Black Friday, if you bought a gift-card, you got a 10 dollar giftcard for free. So you could get that shadow case for 5 dollars, which is a great deal.
It's like the Heidi Klum palette, but 4 colors and better colors. The smoky one is suited for the Pakistani skin tone.
I don't see it on their online site, but it is in stores.
