Best diets to lose a lot of weight?

Can you give me some meal plan ideas or something, I have many overweight female cousins who want to lose enough wait in a year but without doing so much exercise.

is it about calories controlling or… what must they cut out?

someone please give me some breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas. thanks

Your cousins cannot lose weight without doing proper exercise at least 4 to 5 times a week. By proper I mean, any activity that increases the heart rate to high intensity for at least 60 minutes a day. They can do exercise in one go or do it 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening but there is no other option. That stored fat needs some activity to burn.

By controlling your diet, you are not going to get rid of that stored fat. If they cannot go out, buy them a stationary exercise bike to do high intensity workout at home. An inexpensive way it to walk for long distances but that's not possible in Pakistan and for females especially.

Cut down on rotis/carbohydrates.

What works briliantly for me is cutting out red meat..

I stick to chicken if I'm having meat now and my weight stays nice and low.. I don't feel like I'm really missing out cause everything else is the same, I don't diet or anything.. It's literally only red meat so it's not a difficult thing..

Diet is 80% of losing weight. If you only work out without modifying your diet, it will have little or no effect. Tell your cousins to eat 1200 calories a day. No cheat days. Try to walk around the house as much as they can or go for walks. If they can buy some gym equipment for home use that is even better but not essential. They will still lose weight.

Do only fruit for two weeks every month

Based on my experience with "fat" people trying to cut down and my personal success on weight building and burning fat, here are the key ingredients to weight loss:

1) Commit to lifestyle change, not a fad quick gain bootcamp regiment
2) Its not WHAT you eat, its HOW you eat
3) Stop counting calories, and looking at weighing scale, and start looking in the MIRROR to tell if you are doing what you ought to

4) Your "Body-type" is not the problem, its only differentiator

once these things are in place then,
the following prohibitions should become part of a "normal" daily routine
1) No sugar, No milk in ANYTHING. EVER. except once or twice a month
2) Take coffee and tea without sugar and milk and cream or whatever. take sweetener if you must.
3) No milk bread on breakfast, etc. EVER. except once a week
4) No artificial juices, soda, pops, fizzy drinks in ANY quantity. EVER. no exception.
5) Eat fruits and nuts, and carrots, peas 1 hr before a meals and 2 hours after a meal
6) atleast 3 cups of green tea a day!

7) Nothing fried. NO exceptions. EVER

CAN EAT:
1) whole wheat
2) Goat cheese, permission cheese, romano cheese (high in protein)
3) eggs, grilled fish, grilled meat
4) food cooked with light virgin olive oil

Finally,

make it a norm to eat and approach food for nutrition and satiating hunger, and don't think of food for taste alone. Taste must be the secondary thing. This helps in keeping consistent eating choices/ preferences and maintaining the physical appearance.

With these eating lifestyle in place, do your favorite cardio 5-10minutes in the morning right out of getting up from the bed, and any kind of other workout as time allows during the day or weekends.

For faster results, look into HIIT (high intensity) cardio routines.

I reached my goal weight in less than a year and didnt suffer. I basically went online to see the amount of calories im eating to keep me at my current weight then i minused 500 for weight loss then and extra 100-200 as you can eat stuff without relising so those were for extra calories it sauces etc. I didnt always stick to it like in stressfull times for one month i did and the days i felt extra hungry i ate a healthy snack and overpassed it.
But all in all i lost the weight without feeling contantly hungry and tired.

I've cut carbs and sugar (and replaced them with lean protein and lots of veggies for most of my meals) for the last two weeks and have never lost weight faster! It's hard initially but your appetite diminishes pretty quick. :)
