ok this is the best diet ive ever been on .. its easy and simple
dont eat any break-fast but a glass of juice since i m not a break-fast eater anyways it didnt hurt me at all
take a snack in BRUNCH
eat lunch khana to ur full
go play around in shaaam ke wakt
at nite eat khana to ur full
b4 go to sleep .. bridge for 2 minz and do 30 push-ups ![]()
and most of imp .. eat aloooot of choc chip cookies
and a can of soda every 2 days.
and THATS IT .. but the shizzy thing abt this diet is .. 2 of my pants are loosen already
.. so yea be prepared for that .
