Almost every Pakistani designer (home-based or not) will ship to the UK.
I would advise you to ask about the designer's reputation/work ethic on GS before ordering.

I can send you stiched as well as unstitched semi formal/formal outfits at affordable prices. I design them myself. PM if you need them. I have sold out my entire collection and only 5 pieces remaining so let me know ASAP :)
