Narrated Abdullah bin Masud: I asked Allah’s Apostle, “O Allah’s Apostle! What is the best deed?” He replied,
** “To offer the prayers at their early stated fixed times.” I asked, “What is next in goodness?” He replied, “To be good and dutiful to your parents.” I further asked, what is next in goodness?" He replied, “To participate in Jihad in Allah’s Cause.” **

I dont know much about hadees and some of them are quite illogical ... so i dnt believe in them ... But Quran is the most logical and revealing book to me as far as i ;ve read it and I can deny its rationality... now the thing that i ;ve interpreted from my very little knowlegde of this world and Holy Quran is that THe best deed on earth is to follow the path of humanity .. Do good unto others as ya want them to do good unto you... Follow the track of humanity with the vitues of LOVE , PEace and Humanity .... and thats the best deed in the uiniverse...
