try selsun blue
i was using head and shoulders....n my dandruff almost diminished....but it made my hair oily....so i thought of changing the shampoo...n here im...again with dandruff :(

Maybe you need the medicated stuff...like Nizoral...:)
Start taking shower with lukewarm water and try Selsun blue, everything else is just crap.
Don't use it everyday though!

try massaging your scalp with your fingers for a few minutes when you brush your hair in the morning...it'll help ;).. and too much shampooing also causes dandruff.
