want to ask as well, if you miss 2 or 3 days, but start again, when is the pill effective 4 birth control…i missed 3 days as was really illl/flu etc and was taking painkillers before bedtime where usually i take my BCD ..so4got.
Re: best contraceptive pill with the least side effects..
if you've missed it 3-4 days in a row, you can get pregnant, so i would really avoid intercourse until your period has come and gone.
no "best" pill as such.... you just have to try them until you find one that suits you. i was on yasmin and it was great for me, but since then, its been hit with multiple lawsuits, so obviously didn't work for everyone :p
Re: best contraceptive pill with the least side effects..
I was on Yasmin for 2.5 yrs till i started spotting mid cycle and it kept messing with my hormones ( My temper was all over the place!) The doctor told me to switch to Yaz which is comparatively a milder formula.
There is no 'best' pill, its all trial and error. If you missed three or four pills, just take two pills the following day and then two the day after till you sync with the pack, and till then use alternate methods of protection but still there is no guarantee that you wont get pregnant....you'll have to wait i guess...
