onion ( nt to much)
salt (1 and a half tb)

We have famous pakoras/bhajias here known as Maru bhajias(named from the famous restaraunt that first made them)...thin round slices of potatoes coated thinly with gram flour and coriander leaves salt and haldi. They taste different from usual pakoras.
Their chutney is simply amazing...could actually drink it on its own!! Tomatoes, grated carrots cucumber coriander leaves salt and green chillies. Blend all these together. It should have a reddish colour and should not be pasty but slightly runny.

nt big diff. wid onion... if you've peeled it then u can add it ...even if u dnt add it, it'll still be good..
