My top 3 are:
Importance of sunscreen
Less is more (Skincare and make-up)
Whatever skincare products I apply to my face, I also need to apply to my neck/upper chest and hands. Many women put a lot of focus on looking younger by taking care of their face and it works, but their neck/hand doesn’t “match” and gives away the fact that they’re much older.

patience is indeed the most needed when it comes to skin care.
I have being using treatment for my acne for 2 months now..the results are so slow that i am on the verge of giving up every week.
Add some fruits and vegetables to your daily meal. Do some exercise every day it will help you to have a good skin also. Make some green smoothies or fruit smoothies it is better than drinking some soda or artificial fruit juices. Avoid eating salty foods like junk foods and other processed foods as much as possible. Wear sunglasses and sunscreen to avoid other skin problems.
I love water and I wish I could drink gallons of it all the time to keep my skin and system well but the only problem for me is that as much as I get used to drinking water, I still have to go to the bathroom every couple of times and it's a real drag if i'm studying at the library with my laptop and books. Drinking water would mean I would have to leave all my stuff......and i'm studying all the time. it sux!!
Because of that I don't think I get as much water. Am I the only one with this problem?
All of the ones y all have mentioned in addition to the fact that the eyebrows frame the face so it is very important to have them be symmetrical/looking the same on both sides, not too thin and to never tweeze too much off the bottom.
Anastasia's tutorials are just so wonderful on youtube.
eyeliner should never be one thin line and we do need to smudge it on the bottom eyelid. The youtube tutorials on lining the upper eyelid near the lashes on the the outer edge to make the eyes look bigger are wonderful and helped a lot.
Drinking lots of water
*Using Rose water as a toner - I think i saw this suggestion on here years ago and Ive stuck with it - I keep it in a spray bottle and just spray my face, really perks up my complexion
*Eating Berries - Especially blueberries on an empty stomach, they can turn around a bad skin phase in a week!
Yep used to have that problem all the time in university years. Even now, I have an annoying bladder which prevents me from drinking the amount of water I would love to drink ideally.
Eating healthy diet.
Apply sunscreen lotion with spf 15 before going to outside.
Use home made face pack such as yogurt, egg mask, Neem pack, Cucumber
remove make up before going to bed.
