Salam guys, my wedding is coming up in May inshallah and i want to know about the beauty parlours in lahore that are good and afordable.
i dont know muchg about these things, i have heard about duplex, marium beauty saloon, allenora and housewife( in shadman)
i called duplex and their package for walima is 20k, id ont know about marium and allenora, and one of my aunty is suggesting me to go to housewife which is in shadman, so i want to know about HOUSEWIFE is it good? their signature makeup is for 16k and makup by seniur artist is for 12k.
i need urgent replies here as im running short of time.
if someone know about packages of marium and allenora do tell me and also tell me about housewife

pleaseee don't go to housewifes! they are nothing compared to all the other places you've mentioned.. They are a cheap place and will not give you luxurious feeling you'd like for your wedding. we went to them to get our hair done for my sister wedding, the place they washed our hair in looked like something out of slum dog millionaire. AND they washed out hair with shower gel!
if you're on a budget the best place is Uzma's! they charge 18.000 for bridal make up (I think with service it’s for 25, but then you get a free mehndi make up too)they only take 2 brides per day.. I would not recommend if any of your cousins or sister want to get their hair done to go there because a lot of people go there and they’ll have to wait forever! (we had to wait for 1,5h!) But they are super good with the brides, they said my sister would be done at 5, and is was done at 4.50!

yea, i guess you don't need package then :)
um, my sister got her valima make up from them and it was nice! I think it was for 17, as they didn't get the main person to do.. It's the same rate as Uzma's and i personally think they are best :)

so which one do u suggest? i will go to marium and allenora for package detaill if they are under 20k then i might go for one of them, if they are above then it will be difficult for me, i know deplix charge 20k for bridal without any service,

I have budget of 20k max i want to know which is best in this price range, deplix is for 20k, dont know about allenora and marium brodal salon if anyone know about their charges let me know. Thanks

go higher than 20 K ..go uptil 25K and go for senior makeup artist at ather shehzad. flawless.

yes she means athar shehzad ... senior make up artists there cost lesser than what signature make up costs ... i think allenora will fit the range as well but not signature obv ..
mariaums wont fit your range shez somewhere in the 40s ...
she does everything herself no senior make up artist .. u can try madeeha's as well, same range as allenora ...
uzma has recently caught my eye and she is affordable as well...

athar shehzad is way to costly for me, and i went to allenora and their package is 16k for walima makeup, so tommorow i have to make it final so i want to know are they good enough?

Hi every one good news for those brides looking for affordable bridal packages /services & groom packages is SAMS (Skin analysis medical spa & gym) there make up will be done by foreign trained staff and hair styling by Tony & Guy trained stylist. Owners are from UK and is a skin specialist, weight management consultant. Good news for those looking to loose weight and get there skin sorted out before the big day. There opening in October. I've heard Bridal make up from Rs 13,000 Opening DHA & Gulberg.
Other good make up salons are Allenora, New look , Tariq Amin, Depilex , again costly but depends if you want to be seen and say your make up was done by a particular salon ! lots of smaller salons do a good job for economical price if your budget conscious better to see smaller salons work . All I can honestly say is I come from UK and make up /styling etc is a lot less expensive than Pakistan - my sister got married last year in Leeds ( UK ) we paid around Rs 8,000 for make up /hair /dupatta setting and she looked fantastic and that was from a well known reputable Asian salon. Prices here are riduculously over priced for bridals /groom packages lets put it this way we would never pay Rs 40,000 for 60 min- 100 min work !!!!! looks like were more budget conscious in UK than in Pakistan.

16,000 while u stand in assembly line and have different people come put things on you with no special attention…it was a nightmare for my engagement makeup…
