What recipes do you all have to make besan ki roti?

I make it simple:

half part besan, half part regular aata. Add ajwain, zeera, chopped green chillies, very little chopped onion, hara dhaniya, salt. Knead. Make roti as normal. Add a dollop of butter, eat it and remember me !

yes its same as missi ki roti , i have been thinking to make it from last few days.now i have to make it today. it best to eat with butter, mint chuttney and lassi, yummy.

Im sowie…I didnt…I was so busy inhaling them as I made them…I didnt take pics… We had them with this really cool khatti meethi chutney my mom made…really good stuff.

Its been ages I had besan ki roti.The husband does not like it so I never make it.Ammi used to make it,especially on a rainy day and we used to have it with mango chutney ...yummmy..!!

ajwain is Bishop’s Weed or carom seeds, looks like cumin or zeera but has a strong taste and smell, almost like thyme…great for digestion!

I Made it and was really hard to mix all the ingrediants, and really sticky to roll out, turned out a very funny shape on the tawa, what am i doing wrong?
