Benefitting Risks Vs. Predictive Specificity

people strive for and loudly claim that specificity in their lives is essential.
they want to be absolutely sure that whatever is infront of them has a set pattern to their expectations.

some people would want specificity to this level: even if they change their own ways (unpredictable to others), others will change accordingly, simply because former change.

most people would like to see a stable and predictable life, even when they plan for one, things may go infact absolutely wrong and opposite the effect they thought they were shaping while selfishly over-confirming everything.

risks, on the other hand, no one likes to take or has double standards in building interpersonal relations, that too with a selfish motive at times.

in either mode, what works: risks that can and will benfit, only when confidently allowed, or sheer predictive specificity which may run the risk of irony?

share your thought, if you like.

Re: Benefitting Risks Vs. Predictive Specificity

When taking risk, one need to be prepared for a nose-dive as well. It does not mean that risk-taking cannot be beneficial. Predictivity has a safety factor in it which may suite ones personality.

WitchDr,
true what you said. yet, predictable does not always remain predictable, does it?
so, even if conventions are wrong, they shoul dbe followed, merely because they are predictable.
is not that self limiting for improvement and renewal of the thoughts as to how things can be done in another better way?
