So someone I know very well have all moved to Dubai. Husband had a business proposal there and they been planning for last 5 years.

They left in August

**She told me to check her mails rtf .And to check her bank statements or anything open it up and to inform her of anything odd

So she’s still receiving tax credits and benefits .**

What do I say. She’s religious as well which is odd .I know you should never judge someone but I didn’t expect from her. So is this haram. Religiously. Or just wrong in law .And what do I say to her.

You need to inform her that she is still receiving tax credits and benefit. Ask her to report to HMRC that will stop that odd thing in statement.
