Bending down (Jukhna) is acceptable when trying to conceive. Well my mother always inculcate me to avoid work where I have to bend myself down a lot, She say this prevent us getting pregnant beacuse Eggs and Sperms get discharge. Is it Myth or there is some truth about it.
Because if bending down is harmful then Why exercise is allowed?
What about picking Heavy Weight when TTC.
Jukhna: Like picking up the things from floor while standing, Cleaning floor Tiles Etc.
Re: Bending Down (Jukhna) & Carrying Weight When TTC
Never heard of such things. To me these are all myths but then someone else might have heard about it too. We bend as we read Namaz, Alhumdulilah. So I doubt there is anything such as “na jukhna” while ttc.
Re: Bending Down (Jukhna) & Carrying Weight When TTC
The only thing I have heard about is lie still for a while after the sperm is inside. Like half an hour max. Afterwards you are free to get up and do whatever.
The main focus, when trying to conceive, should be your moving on the right lines. The time of ovulation, for eg, is the most important. This is when you body releases that one significant egg which can either make you pregnant or go waste. So all that care should be there in that time. An egg, as I have read, lives for 12 hours only. So well do read about the ovulation in detail and concentrate on how you have to try while you are ovulating. This did for me, and in sha Allah should do for you and others. I hope you have already had your general medical checkup done. Please check if you are anaemic or low in iron/folic acid. These lacking MATTER ALOT when and if you are ttc. Also, during the period of ovulation, avoid stress, Be easy and positive, this is when your body responds the most :k:
Jhukna, no jhukna, weight lifting, might matter ONLY as far as when you are ovulating because it might be a problem whether your uterus is strong enough to keep the sperm and fertilize the egg. Once its done, and Allah wills, NOTHING can go wrong. People carry weight, run about, do all possible things that ONE SHOULD NOT, and yet become pregnant, so there is no rocket science to it. Just have your medical checkup done (and of your husband’s also) and keep faith. Recite durood shareef silently whenever you can. It invokes Allah’s mercy I believe. In sha Allah you will conceive sooner than soon.
