hiccup, i dont know if u do this already, but here goes:

  • make a habit of sitting up straight, it holding yr stomach in (not too much though)

  • sit ups/stomach crunches r BEST for flabby tummies

  • the other thing that has really helped me, is doing 10 minutes a day on an excercise bike,

  • IT REALLY HELPS* but remember to sit up straight on the bike, only then its effective for
    the stomach

& in no time u will be doing the 'grease lightening' moves in front of yr mirror!!!
