Re: Bell vs Rogers
bell and rogers are both
I was with Rogers for the last 5 years - and then ran into a situation during my move to a new house, I set up an appointment, and the technician came and left, because he couldn’t find anyone at home (He was supposed to call before he came in) _ any way its a Loooong story, and we had to go without phone, internet, and TV for 2 weeks, because according to them the month end is the busiest time and technicians are heavily booked.
I uttered some four letter words (sort of) told them to close my account, and went to the bell store, they promised to hook me up in 3 days. They came and put up the dish and all equipment, and got NO RECEPTION - they said because of the location of my house their is little or no signal reception (Can you believe it !!! )
I told them to take everything off - and then again went to Rogers :halo:
It was a long battle with Bell Customer service over billing. They billed me for new connection (installation and modem etc) and then they billed me for cancellation charges.
I hate these knobs sitting in Customer service - they dont know jack about what to do or how to resolve the issue, and you have to spend hours and hours repeating your postal code, telephone number, your biology score in grade 9 etc etc etc. , and at the end of this session they transfer you to another department who deals with “THIS” particular issue ![]()
