I worked all through my pregnancy with Harris virtually right up untill his birth. I was actually in the early stages of labour during my final day at work so I know how tough it is being pregnant whilst working full time.
Having an understanding employer helps. Mine wasn't and I had to hide my pregnancy during the first trimester as I had just started a new job. Office based jobs are easier in that you don't have to tire yourself out any more than necessarry. If you find that your morning sickness and fatigue is worse at particular times of the day perhaps you could reschedule your working pattern so that you are able to be at home during those times.
