That’s the problem. They seem to obsess over dieting, which will only make them gain weight in the long run. All people need to do is eat regularely (no dieting) and maintain a decent exercise routine.

Well when u get aunties tellin 5 yr old grls they’ll never get married coz the’re unattractive n fat can u really blame em for their food/diet issues?
