If you come across some one attractive, in a position where you are to supposed to show courtesy, as holding a door, letting them go first.. etc
When you do what you would do to even, an old person. I have notice 2 kind of behaviors, from some what attractive people.
One, they say “thank you” in way that they actually saying “I am glad you admire” "how could you not "
Second, they say thank you with a look, which say “you wish” or “seriously ?”
Should we treat them the way we treat pakistani girls/women ? By acting they are not even there in your vicinity ?
Bhai Sahab agar yeah tub kee baat hai jub wo doors na thai, tou aap mere nahi, moulana Mohammed Ali Johar ke chotay Bhai hon ge.

I try to hold the door open for all people irrespective of looks/gender/age. I've seen attractive women around guys and haven't seen the behavior that OP is talking about. I've seen snootiness but not when holding open the door.
