Being attractive vs being attracted

Everybody has a preference for looks, whether they fit the “mold” of what’s attractive or not…

my question to you is, if you had a preference…did you end up marrying someone who fit that preference? or did you marry someone who didn’t fit that preference.

(im talking looks only)

Re: Being attractive vs being attracted

my spouse fit my preferences. Alhumdulillah

Re: Being attractive vs being attracted

Not married yet, does not very a high demand for looks etc. Prefer education, family and personality more than looks. Looks ka achaar tau nahi dalna na if the person is not educated or does not belong to good family. As one of my aunts say, larkon ki shakal kia dekhni hai bus education aur family dekhni chahiye

After saying this, I agree that looks will be icing on the cake

Re: Being attractive vs being attracted

it is also true for girls. shakal ka achar thori dalana hota hai ager over all personality hi dabba hai to sari zindagi beth kar roo. :@:

Re: Being attractive vs being attracted

I prefer well dressed people. Looks are not important for me for long run relationships like friends and life partner. bad dressing sense is a BIG turn off for me

Re: Being attractive vs being attracted

im not married but most desi guys i find attractive are jerks....sorry

Re: Being attractive vs being attracted

believe me...the ugly ones are no better...

Re: Being attractive vs being attracted

Physical attractiveness is relative, different people are attracted to different attributes. As they say one man's nightmare is another man's dream, you can apply that here as well. As long as this difference prevails, there's hope for mingers.

Re: Being attractive vs being attracted

The second one. But cos i loved the geezer, his looks turned into my preferences...if that makes sense.
