Re: Being a girl is miserable…
very true…!!!
yes…i’m proud of being a girl…as far as a few poblems are concerned…well every human faces problems once in a while…be it a girl or a guy…the difference being we say it out…whereas guys mostly keep it to themselves(or maybe share with close friends)…& try to solve it instead of crying over it like us…
for me personally being a girl is not miserable @ all…i love being a girl…i’ve been blessed with the most wonderful dad , nana , dada ,bro’s , chacha’s ,mama’s…etc…all of whom are of the opinion tht girls should have the best education possible , good careers(if they want to)…all this BUT within the limits of our RELIGION… & yes..our decisions are left to us…as long as they are within the limits of the religion…but above all they want us to be good & pious mothers & wives in the future…
& well since we’ve alwayz lived outside pakistan…& elders know abt the paki/indian/saudi culture…they don seem to care about the society…finally wht the society thinks or says will be of no good…& well we are taking each & every step within the limits of our religion…so if anyone has objections…we can pretty much give them a religious reply…& tht makes them mind their own business…
& as far as COMPROMISING in life is concerned…then yes…every human being will have to compromise in life @ some or the other point…now the compromise may be out of LOVE for a dear one…in this case we normally do not realise tht it is a compromise…or the compromise may be out of social pressure…in such a case…we hate it…& cry over it…& blame all our misfortunes on others…or the compromise may just be due to uncontrollable reasons…& in such a case…we just blame fate for it…
so LIFE is wht you make of it with the opportunties YOU get…
