Re: Beijing Olympic flame arrives in Pakistani capital
Once dhobi bhai and muniya motivated me And i did tell little about my self.
Then some indirectly said I was lying. So I learned my lesson. which is
Pakistan was not favorable place for me as an athlete. and its probably still isn't
even other wise.
Re: Beijing Olympic flame arrives in Pakistani capital
I saw this guy on tv training in karachi while holding a job. He was punching some metal pot or something. If there were more facilities, money and training then the boxers may get somewhere. Iran is miles ahead of us.
Re: Beijing Olympic flame arrives in Pakistani capital
^It does look like a pot, but its a car tire flipped inside out.
once its inside out it looks like a bucket or some thing.
Very cheap solution. When you punch on it doesn't absorb force at all, instead it repels it.
Its a stinky replacement of a punching bag.
Re: Beijing Olympic flame arrives in Pakistani capital
lol. everyday i get to hear from my frndz that "I cant believe you did that, or my work got selected"
but u think i care what they think or say...i dont tell stuff to show-off my credibility cuz i know what my strengths are.
the only reason i even post here is to motivate ppl.
.....the fact is we are losing hope.
the the things you guyz (i mean u, db, arshad bhai) know load about sports n recreational ativities, but all we get to see is "dhancha" instructor making some hopeless makrani guyz into something.
Re: Beijing Olympic flame arrives in Pakistani capital
Here we have selected and are training young athletes already in every field for the 2012 London Olympics. Talent does not grow overnight, it has to be groomed.
Re: Beijing Olympic flame arrives in Pakistani capital
We?
are you in some associated with pakistani athletes? If you don't mind asking me.
I would would be glad if you did.
You do sound like a coach.lol If you are you know how hard it is to find real talent.
I have seen coaches chasing after athletes. Talking to their families etc.
Re: Beijing Olympic flame arrives in Pakistani capital
By we I mean't in Britain. I have seen national selectors going up and down the country and visiting clubs in order to select young promising kids. Then they put them in the national squad and have the best coaches train them for years in addition to their own clubs with a view to participating in the 2012 London Olympics, even though that was like 5/6 years away.
Re: Beijing Olympic flame arrives in Pakistani capital
