Capital punishment is what it is. It’s painful to watch ANYBODY being put to death. I am not all that against it but I do believe people can adopt other better ways to deal with criminals deserving of dealth sentence. If Saudis want to behead the convicted, then at least don’t bring in a crowd of people to watch him die. I believe some sick people rather get a kick out of it than anything else.

It’s debatable but it does have a psychological effect on the population, you can’t deny that. Does that contribute to less crimes, that’s also debatable.
