first ov all lemme tel u that criminal in islam has two choices either he has to pay money to the victims family, or the fmily of victims wants to forgive them then he z free from punishment and the third ipt z to get punishment...

Afghanistan uses the Islamic Calendar even with the US presence here.
Capital punishment is capital punishment. If you do the crime do the time. And hopefully we kill you for being it. 100% in favour of capital punishment in all its forms.
