Behavioral Interviews

Hi guys,

Does anyone have any tips both from a recruiter and interviewee perspective on how to do well at a behavioural type interview? Like the sort of questions (and possibly answers) you would expect from this type of interview.

Thanks,

if you goto google.com and search "behavioral based interviews" you will find loads of information, sample questions, tips, etc and answers to the specific questions you have asked in this post.
