what about abs guys?? what type of diet fixes there?? i know dat i requires low carbs n fat..but i m on size gain also..should i cut my fat n carbs?? i m fearing dat it will effect my muscle gains.....i do 4 sets of decline crunches( reps 20 - 25) and leg raises 3 sets ( reps 15-20). side twists ( 100 reps , 50 each side)...is dis sufficient??? ..i allow only quality fats like those from dry fruits walnuts , cashews , almonds.....
