Fighter 26... you should have fast digesting proteins and sugars after your workout. This is because you need to get fuel to your muscles as fast as possible. Eating eggs will slow down the process since your body will have to break them down. Whey + two small potatoes ( or two slices of white bread with jelly) will be an excellent example.

Eat the eggs in the morning. 3 to 4 whole + 3 to 4 egg whites will do the trick.

If you are trying to go lean then reduce whole eggs to 2 and increase the eggs whites a bit.
