Is there any supplication (dua’a) that we can read before entering toilet and after exiting? The supplication (dua’a) for entering and exiting is same or different, I mean is there only one dua or more than one?
If yes (there is specific dua) then what is the purpose of reading dua?

There are two duas.
Entering: bismillaah, allaahumma innee a‛oodhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khabaa’ith. O Allah, I seek refuge with you from all evil and evil-doers.
Exiting: ghufraanaka. O Allah I seek forgiveness and pardon from you.
I was always taught that there are shaitaan/evil jinn in the toilet so it’s best to seek protection.

So do really shaitaan/evil jinn exists in toilets? I’m asking because many of time we forget to read these duas or many of us don’t even know if there is any dua to read?

Well it’s known that shaitaan and evil jinn reside in places of filth. That’s why being clean and keeping good hygiene is so stressed upon in our deen.
Many people don’t know but should definitely learn. Remembering Allah SWT is a big part of Islam and should be of our daily lives. This is one way to do so as there are many others.

…no I don’t think we are doing anything wrong.
I think it has to do with general forgiveness, and maybe we lacked in cleansing ourselves properly. As keeping clean is very important we take extra care to ask for forgiveness when we leave.
Allah knows best. I am no expert. This is what I was taught in my early years.
