Re: Beef Patties at home
I made the patties yesterday.
The stuffing consisted of spinach + chicken (don't ask where the spinach came from).
They didn't come out perfect but weren't that bad either. :)
I baked for 30 mins in a preheated oven but they were left thorray say kachay at the bottom.
Heat was at 350 degrees. Would someone tell me where I went wrong?
