OK the slanted rectangles are doors...the top left being the walkin closet and the top right being the entrance. The block in the middle of the 2 doors is a chest of drawers. The block facing the bed is another dresser type thingie. next to it is the bathroom door. The window in the think block accross the entrance wall.
Some tips:
1 - choose your colour palette - bright colours on all walls is too much, and isn’t practical for a bedroom - the bedroom is your sanctuary…and the colours should evoke both relaxation and romance . I’d say go neutral on all walls apart from the wall behind your bed. On that wall, you could go for an accent colour, or even use wallpaper in a print you like (damask, brocade, modern floral etc)
2 - Lighting - An elegant chandelier over the bed plus accent lighting in the form of bedside lamps/wall sconces to add that feeling of peace and tranquillity.
3 - Soft furnishings- look at the picture i used as inspiration for my bedroom…are all those pillows really necessary? No! But they look nice! Final small touches like [lots of] silk/satin/textured pillows, cashmere throws, sumptuous rugs…all in different accents and colours are all pretty touches for your room.
4 - Accessories - candles (even if you don’t light them), pretty candle holders, mini sculptures, photo frames scattered around the room, trinkets boxes, , wall art (metal or paintings) vases with flowers… finishing touches to tie the whole bedrooms scheme together.
