I think they should be calming colours like Teal, Light Greeen, Cream, Any Off Whites.
Brights will give you headaches.

i love the metallics though- they’d make the bedroom very elegant, especially a subtle tone on tone metallic.
you could also go dramatic and do a black wallpaper. Pinterest
also, i agree with nadeem, your bright should come from accents that you can switch out easily like pillows, throws, decor, rugs, and bedding. wallpaper is a big commitment so if you choose something neutral, you can pair it with any bright and you can change it easily if you’re not feeling it later on. if you choose a bright wallpaper but hate it after it goes up, that would mean stripping and starting over which would be a pain.
