how soon can you start your kids on a bedtime routine? mine is 4 months old today mA and so far, we just follow his cues- he sleeps when he’s tired, is awake when he’s awake, so nothing is really routine as such. except i have noticed he has a mid-morning nap around 10-11. is he too little for much of a pattern?

I think you can start now. He’ll wake up, sure, but you need to start a routine that signals bedtime.

We did a bath and bottle/nursing.
