About once every 4 - 6 months. I'm lazy.
Don't ask how often I clean my place. And I NEVER do dusting.

pink, how many sheets do you have, and how many towels? are they all different colors, or are they numbered? how come there is no mention of this in your journal? i feel cheated.

wheneever i feel like doing some work n don't ask when taht is.........
after 2 weeks i think n my pillows i ahve occasioanlly stuck tehm in washing machine but now i just ahve about 3-4 covers on them
anti allergen anti dust etc etc

Well, this is really informative thread. I change my bedsheets every week. But never thought of the fungus and all that. But it has kept me thinking about the "paiti" that normal Pakistani family has, full of razaies and pillows. Unwashed for several years. They only come out at occassions like marriages, or when there are several guests at home. They all should be burnt.
I always prefer staying in a hotel at such occassions or if really necessary staying at the host's place, then I make sure that I get the cleanest sheet and pillow case.

I have 15 towels all in total....every shade of pink of course
and i have about 20-24 bed sheets...i am always throwing em out and getting new ones

hehe…Sadaf…my Mil has a room full of those quilts n pillows…but she knows how to keep this stock clean …every year all this is opened…washed (cotton fluffed again) n sewn in n then she leaves it in the sun for 2-3 days n only after that this stock is stored again in boxes (paitee)…all this work despite having severe arthritis n what not…!!
As for me …I change my sheets twice a week…n wash my pillows etc. twice an year …yes, i use those synthetic washable pillows
