I have been in the team, i have been a member. Every time a member whined abt a mod and his/her moderation , i said hey may be if u were in their shoes you wud have known.
Can i tell GS team that i am REALLY disappointed in them? When i left the team i realized what a bunch of two faced people we have . As long as you are in team, you re bestest person and doing a great job, and as soon as u leave the team you are teh trouble maker.weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee such a cool payback.<3:hugz:
Also when you ban people, give a good enough reason and not like"i felt like doing so?" , sounds really immature.
And with that attitude, no matter how great this community may be and how much i value people here, it has already put me off greatly. May be if you dont change your policy , you will continue to lose valuable people (Oh i forgot like you care, GS has continued to live and it will live without me or anyone else for that matter)
also please let me know of the stunts i need to pull out to be banned aswell.It has become so easy now:phati: i am excited for the adventure.!
I think you are taking it so seriously because the banned person is someone you know personally. You were member of this team and you know that we ban people every second day. You never complained about the policies, or you were never put off before.
Fact that you know the banned person (or have close ties with the person) automatically makes you believe that its the "other party" (GS admin) who must be at fault because my friend is naive and innocent person.
Currently there is enough information/evidence available to the senior level team to warrant a ban. The members that are banned have been given reasons.
For someone that has been on the team before, you should know full well that we never publicize offenses by members, nor are we obligated to offer explanations.
