what kind of things do u guys collect? If you collect clothes, aren't u afraid that it may go out of style or you won't like it a few years later? I know things I loved a few years back, I'm not into anymore and vice versa.

I think in this case people normally buy the traditional stuff, makesh, gottay ka kaam, etc. they never go out of fashion.

exactly..stuff tht doesnt go out of fashion,or actually becomes a rarity..so wen u shw ppl ur jehaz later,they wonder hw u gt such pure zari stuff or wtever in this zamana

We aren't worried about our daughter's jaheiz so much but rather her college education. We are hoping their generation won't worry about so much on jaheiz but rather on education.

From my personal view there is no need of any collecting any items before marriage if your partner loves you than he will buy new things for you after marriage.I surely buy things to my spouse what ever she want but say no to collect things.And am totally against of the dowry system,which creating problems mostly in Asian countries.
