So, I’m sure all of you have heard of ipsy/birchbox etc, but have you heard of memebox?
It’s a korean beauty box service. I have #3 & #4 and ordered the lucky box.
It’s really great quality, and they handle your shipment with care. Also, they have very good customer service.
I wasn’t sure if pasting external websites memebox discussion would be considered spam… Or pasting memeboxs website so I’m not going to, but if you Google them you’ll see they are really popular at the moment!
If they haven’t changed their policy you get 5 points for joining and an additional 5 if you email them that cshino (me) referred you.
1 point = $1 btw.
They are going a bit crazy, but hopefully the prices will stabilise and availability will increase once they find a routine. I really don’t like the price changes or the mysterious bundles @_@!
I do however like their “beauty products” though, mostly skin care. From eye serums to moisturisers to sun screen.
Do try them out, but make sure you do your research before you buy it. Korean products are usually loved because the quality is very good and these boxes certainly have high quality with great value!
I've wanted to try the beauty box subscription but I'm allergic to silica. Can you limit or choose stuff if you are allergic to certain ingredients?!? I wish they would let the customer personalize it a little to fit their need.
I love love love the "Dreams Come True Bounce Cheese Cream" that was in box 3. It's a deluxe sample and uses milk serum and makes your skin very soft. I also like Dr. Jahrt V7 eye serum which was a full size product and I've been using that for a few days now.
I haven't really tried the stuff from box 4 so when I do I'll let you guys know.
I don't really like fake eyelashes (from #3) so that's going to sit there till I feel like I should put extra extra effort and since I moved to Australia my lips aren't really chapped so going to save the "Princess Lip Gel Patch" till winter.
You can't customise and I don't think they list their ingredients, but if I was allergic to make up/skin care products I wouldn't try subscription boxes because they try to accommodate the general masses and well, korean products are usually made for Koreans/Asians. So the BB/CC cream that they put in might not even suit your skin tone.
I forgot to mention they put in full size and deluxe samples! If they have less full size products than there's more samples. At least that's what I can tell.
Oh and they ship to UK. I'll ask if they can ship to Pakistan/Dubai =)
