I have used everything almost everything on my skin & hair but they remain same no matter what. I have even used cod liver oil too but that didn't make my skin shiny either.

Floradix Tablets , contains iron and multivitamins, they are really good.

I take 10,000 mcg Biotin and 2000 mcg Vit.C daily.
With the Biotin, I took 1 bottle of 5,000 first to make sure my body could handle it (it makes some people break out).

I'm very lazy about the Vitamin C but I swear by the Biotin. It works for me. Even my manicurist can tell when I'm not taking it......
