Please suggest a beauty parlour in range of 10 to 15 thousand for a friend of mine, she lives in nazimabad and can’t afford more than this. Parlour should be good in services n make up around nazimabad .not far away from nazimabad, you can suggest if the work of the artist is good then the area would not be the issue. Thanks.
