No.. there is Alzheimer's..
In psychology we were once taught that 'beautiful' people (have only put it in inverted commas as the term is so subjective) do tend to get treated better etc., even that if they appear in court they're less likely to get convicted lol (but there are exceptions, in some cases it can work against the person eg if it's a fraud case) so I choose beauty.. Imo both beauty and brains do fade tho..

beauty can be enhanced, rehauled even transformed ..but unfortunately a low IQ mind can never be transformed into a higher IQ ..
so average looks (which can obviously be improved) with brains are a much much better deal ! and beauty withers away with age :D

Are we talking about IQ or just common sense and an open mind?
I'm in a pretty grueling program and I've met plenty of smart people who lack common sense and have no clue about social etiquette. I've also met smart people, who have common sense etc, but have no interest in anything mentally stimulating. They don't care about politics, the economy, debating religion, discussing movies on any level etc.
I want someone well read, who has a knowledge of, or at least an interest in, more, I guess, "worldly" topics. Someone with average intelligence can still be wise.
