As i told in an other topic, my wedding is in january, shadi is going to take place in Lahore, i will get my make-up done from “New Look”. BUT the next day, walima is in Gujrat! And i have NO clue which beauty parlour to get done my make-up from. I have never been in Gujrat and have no idea abt which beauty parlour or make-up artist is good..
Do anyone know abt parlours or make-artists in Gujrat area who makes u look nice an beautiful??
I have seen some brides from Gujrat and Kharian area, and some of the brides make-up is horrible, Diya dosen`t want to look like a joker on her Walimaday:naraz:

go to "She Beauty Parlour" in Gujrat. It's a very famous one and brides from the whole area try to get an appointment there (i know one who went from Kharian, just to get her make up done there). I have seen two brides make up and it was really nice. But make sure you get an appointment with the owner of the parlour because she knows her art...

diya angel im in the same boat as u!!! my wedding is in lahore and valima in kharian!! im trying to get the a make up artist from lahore to come to kharian....
mano87, which beauty parlour will u get your make-up done from in lahore? And have u talked with the parlour abt coming to kharian?? What did they say?
Btw, i know that gujrat is about 2 hours away from lahore with driving..And kharian is not so far away gujrat, right?
uh huh...i had my shadi in my village, so the makeup was done my a lady in sargodha...thank god...no way did i want the local village "make up" wali doing my makeup..lol...
sorry for answering so late Diya. But i have to addmit that i don’t know where that parlour is located and unfortunately i don’t have any pics of the brides . But why don’t u ask someone of your inlaws, they must know it because it’s like Gujrat’s Newlook or Depilex:) !!!
I think the idea of asking the ladys from lahore to come to Walima is nice but i don’t think it will work. Or they will charge double/tripple price, that can be somewhere around 25.000 to 30.000 Rs.. Just as reference my friend paid about 12.000 for her shaadi make up at She…
Hey gurl my cousin is alwso getting married in gurat in dec and she says everybody in gurat SUCKS!! so she will go to shades in guranwala and get it done from them . they are really goood:blush:
i got my wedding walima done from Madeeha's.. it was gorgeous but pretty expensive.. madeeha charges rs 30,000 , her sister 20,000 n if you get it done from one of the trained girls.. its 13,000... but i loved my walima make-up. forgotten the name but its run by some chinese lady.. if someone needs it.. i can ask my sister in law. However i have no clue about Gujrat, sorry.
as sweetcreme mentioned.. shades and khushboo are really good in gujranwala if you can go there for your walima make-up... don't know how far it is from gujrat though..
